UA Lead
As the UA Lead for our mobile IAP game, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition strategies to maximize player engagement and revenue generation. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing various user acquisition channels, leveraging analytical tools, and making data-driven decisions to achieve our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to acquire high-quality users for our mobile IAP game.
- Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Google Ads, video networks, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough performance analysis of UA campaigns, identify key insights, and implement optimizations to improve ROI and LTV.
- Utilize analytical instruments such as AppsFlyer to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to align UA efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in user acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Take ownership of UA budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Requirements:
- English Language Proficiency: Intermediate Level or Higher, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in user acquisition for mobile gaming, with a strong understanding of in-app purchases and monetization strategies.
- Proven track record of managing successful user acquisition campaigns and achieving growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and networks such as AppsFlyer.
- Experience with video networks and other relevant user acquisition channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Desire and ability to perform manual tasks as needed to support UA efforts.
- Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Manage and lead a UA team comprising junior and mid-level UA managers, guiding their strategic efforts and providing direction for optimal performance. Strong leadership skills are necessary to effectively oversee and inspire team members at various career stages.
