  Our recruitment team carefully reviews each application, and you can expect a response within 7 days.

• What should I do if there isn't a vacancy that fits my profile?

  You can still send us your application by clicking the Connect button on the main page. Once a position that matches your experience becomes available, we’ll notify you automatically.

  Alternatively, you can also apply for an Open Application. Within two weeks, one of our recruiters will review your profile and get back to you to confirm whether there’s currently an opportunity to consider your application for that role.

• Do you have an office?

  Yes, we have an office located in Chișinău, Moldova.

• Is remote work an option?

  We are a remote-first company, and we operate in alignment with the Moldova time zone to support smooth teamwork and real-time collaboration.💜

• What stages are included in the hiring process?

  Our standard process includes three stages: an interview with a Recruiter, a Test Assignment, and an Interview with the Hiring Manager. During your first conversation, the Recruiter will walk you through the exact steps of our hiring process.

• What level of English is required to join the company?

  We expect a Professional Working Proficiency in English, as it’s the main language we use for communication. This level facilitates smooth collaboration across teams, making it easier to share ideas, feedback, and creativity daily.
